My Mission & Approach

Many leadership and performance challenges are not technical - they're human.

They show up in how people think, communicate and lead, particularly in complex or high-pressure environments.

I’m Evie, Founder of The Growth Collective. I work with individuals, leaders and organisations to strengthen emotional intelligence and the behaviours that drive performance.

I bring over 20 years of international experience across finance, real estate, management and equity markets, working across Europe, Africa and Asia.

This global, real-world experience shapes how I work with leaders and organisations navigating complexity, pressure and performance challenges.

​What I’ve seen consistently is this: performance is not driven by strategy or effort alone. It is shaped by emotional intelligence - how people think, communicate and build relationships.

My work focuses on helping people strengthen awareness, decision-making and communication - enabling individuals and teams to perform more effectively over time.
