My Mission & Approach
Hi, I’m Evie, Founder of The Growth Collective and a specialist in Emotional Intelligence, peak performance, and fast, meaningful transformation through coaching and mentoring.
I’ve spent over 20 years working internationally across Finance, Real Estate, Management, and Equity Markets throughout Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Today, I bring that global perspective and real-world experience to help individuals and organisations not just perform, but truly thrive.
What I’ve seen time and again is that success isn’t driven by strategy or effort alone. It comes from emotional intelligence and the quality of the relationships people build - shaping how teams show up, how leaders make decisions, and how organisations grow.
My work focuses on helping people build trust, unlock potential, and create cultures that perform under pressure without burning out.
