All coaching sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the website. Payment confirms your booking. Once payment is received, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for your session.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with sufficient notice will be accommodated where possible.
Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than the required notice are not be refundable.

Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds may not be provided once a session has been booked or delivered. Any exceptions will be considered at the discretion of Growth Collective
